Who we are

Delta Work is an AI ways-of-working consultancy operated by Eugene Chung, trading as Delta Work Pty Ltd (ABN 89 697 948 119), based in Sydney, Australia.

This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through deltawork.ai. We keep it simple because our data practices are simple.

What we collect

Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. This information is submitted via a secure webhook and stored in our internal Notion workspace.

Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe to The Delta newsletter via the sign-up form on this site, we collect your email address. Subscriptions are processed and managed through Beehiiv, a third-party newsletter platform. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email, or by emailing hello@deltawork.ai.

Analytics. This site uses Umami, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool. Umami does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and does not track you across sites. It records anonymised page view data only — such as which pages are visited and approximate geographic region. No individual users are identified.

We collect nothing else. No advertising trackers, no session recording, no third-party pixels.

How we use it

Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list, share your information with third parties, or use it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Newsletter email addresses are used solely to send The Delta newsletter. We do not use them for any other purpose, and we do not share them with third parties beyond Beehiiv, which operates the newsletter platform.

Analytics data is used to understand how the site is being used so we can improve it. Because it is anonymised, it cannot be linked back to you.

Where it's stored

Contact form submissions are stored in Notion, a third-party workspace tool. Notion's privacy policy is available at notion.so/privacy.

Newsletter subscriber data is stored by Beehiiv. Their privacy policy is available at beehiiv.com/privacy. You can remove yourself from the newsletter list at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Umami analytics data is self-hosted by Delta Work, meaning it does not pass through third-party analytics servers.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you at any time. To do so, email us at hello@deltawork.ai and we'll respond promptly.

While Delta Work operates below the threshold that mandates compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988, we apply its principles as a matter of practice.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change materially, we'll update this page and revise the date above. We don't anticipate significant changes given the simplicity of what we collect.
