A focused two-day session for leaders before any team-level work begins. Leader readiness is a prerequisite — this is where we establish the foundation.
Delta Work closes the gap between the promise of AI and how your teams work.
Most teams are stuck in the middle. AI tools bought, nothing changed, and work somehow feels harder. We help teams make the shift: stronger teamwork, better output, real ROI.
Get in touch →The Problem
The mandate exists.
The method doesn't.
Leaders are under immediate pressure to accelerate AI adoption, but without the method, capability, or support to actually change how their teams work.
AI strategies get communicated from the top. The company buys everyone AI tools. But the messy middle, where mandates meet the day-to-day work, is where it falls apart.
Individuals might feel more productive, but at the team level, a different pattern is emerging: fragmented workflows, eroded alignment and shared practices, and leaders who can't see it, measure it, or fix it.
This isn't a technology gap. It's a teamwork gap.
Our Mission
Evolve teamwork for the age of AI.
Teamwork is the vehicle that makes work human: more connected, more meaningful, more capable of the impossible. Right now, we're building a future optimised for technology, not for teams. Delta Work exists to change that.
Methodology
Change that starts with the team. Stays with them too.
We work alongside leaders and their teams, not above them. Hands‑on, facilitated, and built around how you work.

- — Visibility — surfacing who is using what and how
- — Collective Sensemaking — AI-assisted team decision making
- — Team AI Steward identification and briefing
A two-week embedded engagement that takes the team from diagnostic to operating model. We work alongside your team, not just in front of them.

What the six weeks covers
- — Leader readiness and strategic alignment
- — Dual-level diagnostic of how the team works
- — Co-designed experiments with embedded coaching
- — Capability transfer — the team leads what comes next
