A focused two-day session for leaders before any team-level work begins. Leader readiness is a prerequisite — this is where we establish the foundation.
Delta Work helps organisations build shared human-AI team capability – from pilots to embedded practice.
We work alongside leaders and their teams to rapidly evolve and embed their ways of working to be AI-powered, without sacrificing the magic of teamwork.
Get in touch →The Problem
The mandate exists.
The method doesn't.
Leaders are under immediate pressure to accelerate AI adoption — but without the method, capability, or support to actually change how their teams work.
AI strategies get communicated from the top. The company buys everyone AI tools. But the messy middle — where mandates meet day-to-day work — is under-supported.
Individuals might feel more productive, but at the team level, a different pattern is emerging: fragmented workflows, eroded alignment and shared practices, and leaders who can't see it, measure it, or fix it.
This isn't a technology gap. It's a ways-of-working gap.
Our Mission
Evolve teamwork for the age of AI.
While AI is rapidly changing, we believe that empowered and connected teams who are enabled to use, experiment, and learn AI together, will deliver better outcomes.
Methodology
Change that starts with the team. Stays with them too.
We work alongside leaders and their teams — not above them. The goal is never dependency on Delta Work. It's a team that knows how to evolve.
Team-level, not individual.
AI tools create spikes in individual productivity. Without shared practices, those spikes pull teams apart. We work at the team layer — where capability either compounds or fragments.
Built together, not handed down.
Trust is built through the process, not the deliverable. We co-design with the people who'll live with the change — leaders and their teams empowered to work and evolve together.
Evolution, not transformation.
We're not chasing a finished state. The teams that work best with AI are the ones that stay calibrated — continuously adjusting how they work together.
