Delta Work is now a Miro Advisory Services Partner, APAC. In practice, that means we work alongside Miro with organisations across the region, helping teams redesign how they work with AI.

It's a partnership about teams, not tools. Most of the AI conversation is still about individual productivity: which assistant, which prompt, which licence. We think that's the wrong level. AI raises the floor for individual performance, but teams determine the ceiling.

Why now

Over the past couple of years I've watched the same thing happen in organisations across APAC. Everyone gets access to AI. Each person can now produce a draft, an analysis or a plan in minutes, and the volume of output climbs fast.

Shared understanding doesn't speed up with it. If anything, it gets harder. When everyone works with their own AI, everyone arrives with a different version of the problem and more material to reconcile. AI speeds up output but doesn't speed up alignment.

That's a teamwork gap, not a technology gap, and it's the gap Delta Work was set up to close.

Why Miro

I spent four and a half years leading team coaching at Atlassian. The lesson that stuck with me: the work that matters most happens in the space between people.

The messy parts of teamwork, where people weigh hard decisions, disagree and work out what they actually believe, need time and a place to happen. Rush them and you get fast decisions, not good ones.

For a lot of teams, that place is already a Miro board. It's where the retro happens, where the roadmap gets debated, where a tangle of sticky notes turns into a plan. It's shared, it's visible, and the team already trusts it. That makes it the right place to build understanding together, so the decisions that come out the other side are ones the whole team can stand behind.

What Miro AI opens up

With AI built into Miro, the board becomes more than a place to map the work. Teams can use it to redesign their own workflows, deciding together where AI takes on the work and where people stay in the loop.

The bigger opportunity is what it does for a team's collective intelligence. On a shared board, AI can draw on what the whole team has put there: the context, the ideas, the trade-offs. Instead of each person getting a private answer, everyone builds on the same picture. That matters most in complex work, the kind that still needs people thinking together to do their best.

What clients can expect

If you're a Miro customer in APAC, you can now bring us in through Miro. The work usually starts with one workflow that matters to your team.

We look at how it runs today, design how it should run, build it into Miro as templates and guides your people will actually use, then help you roll it out. Miro calls this Use Case Design. We bring our own lens to it: how the team makes decisions, shares context and brings AI into the loop.

For teams earlier in the journey, we run AI foundations work. That means getting a team clear on where AI can help, where it doesn't, and how they'll work with it together. Our TEAM.md template on Miroverse is a good taste of the thinking: one shared context file that both the people and their AI can work from.

What doesn't change

We're still independent. We'll keep working with organisations that don't use Miro, and we'll always put what the team in front of us needs ahead of any platform.

Our focus stays where it's always been: the people. Tools come and go, and so do targets. How a team works together is what lasts.

Let's talk

If you're a Miro customer wondering how to get your teams working well with AI, or you're already deep in it and the results aren't showing up at the team level, I'd like to hear from you. Get in touch with me directly, or ask your Miro account team to connect us.

The tools are already in place. The next step is how teams use them together.
