Why GenAI Lab
Across the organisations we work with, the pattern is consistent. Individuals are moving fast with AI. Teams aren't.
The licences have been bought and the mandates issued. Everyone is experimenting on their own, which means nobody shares an understanding of where AI fits in how the team works. That's why so many AI programmes stall after the pilot. It isn't a technology problem. It's a teamwork problem.
GenAI Lab, founded by Alex Zinoviev, shares that view. Its hands-on sessions get non-technical teams building with AI on their own workflows, so people learn by doing real work alongside their colleagues rather than sitting through another training deck.
The two practices complement each other. GenAI Lab brings deep, hands-on AI delivery. Delta Work brings ways of working and organisational design: the part that decides whether a good experiment becomes how a team operates.

What stays the same
Nothing changes for Delta Work clients. We'll keep running workshops, advisory, fractional leadership and AI capability building as before, and Eugene's role at GenAI Lab is a part-time partnership.
The partnership lets us reach more organisations with the same focus: helping teams build the capability to work well with AI. GenAI Lab joins Miro, Time Under Tension and Opficient as a Delta Work partner.
